Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dry garbanzo beans
  • 1 small red onion quartered
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsps chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 serving cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • cups of fresh cilantro stems removed
  • 1 pinch of salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup of fresh flat-leafed parsley stems removed

Instructions

  • Soak garbanzo beans in a large amount of cool water for 24 hours. Rub the soaked garbanzo beans with your fingers to Spread garbanzo beans on a large clean dish towel to dry. help loosen and remove skins. Rinse and drain well.
  • Blend garbanzo beans, cilantro, parsley, onion, and garlic in a food processor until a rough paste forms. Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
  • Add chickpea flour, coriander, cumin, sriracha, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Cover bowl and let mixture rest for 1 hour.
  • Add baking powder and baking soda to the chickpea mixture. Mix by your hands until just combined.
  • Form 15 equal-sized balls and press slightly to form patties. Spray falafel patties with cooking spray.
  • Select the preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Place 7 falafel patties in the preheated air fryer, then select the Preheat program again.
  • Set the temperature to 375℉/190℃ and the time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Stop to cook.
  • For the remaining 8 falafels, cook them in the same manner.

  • 2 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
  • 6 oz Italian-style chicken sausage
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • Select preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Scoop seeds out of zucchini halves using a teaspoon.
  • Combine sausage, tomato, Parmesan, mozzarella, oil and garlic in large bowl.
  • Spoon sausage mixture and mound into cavity of zucchini halves.
  • Top stuffed zucchini halves with breadcrumbs and place into the air fryer.
  • Set temperature to 375°F/190°C and time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Stop to cook until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden-brown.
  • Garnish with basil and serve.
  • Tip: Use hot or mild Italian-style sausage for a spicy kick!

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets
  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Select preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Combine cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a medium bowl. Add eggs to a separate medium bowl.
  • Dip fish fillets into egg, then into cornmeal mixture, evenly coating each fillet.
  • Spray crisper tray with olive oil cooking spray and place breaded fillets into the air fryer.
  • Select Preheat program again, and set temperature to 320°F/160°C and time to 12 to 14 minutes, then press Start/Stop to cook. Repeat with remaining breaded fish.
  • Meanwhile, toss cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, chives, vinegar and celery seed in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve breaded fillets with cabbage mixture and lemon wedges.
  • Tip: Use halibut, tilapia or mahi mahi in substitution for cod.

  • 2 tsp Southwest seasoning

  • 6 medium mixed-color bell peppers, tops removed, and seeded
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Select preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Combine sausage, tomato sauce, rice, beans, corn and Southwest seasoning in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Spoon sausage mixture into each pepper.
  • Place stuffed peppers into the air fryer.
  • Set temperature to 375°F/190°C and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Stop to cook until peppers are tender.
  • Sprinkle cheese over peppers and set temperature to 375°F/190°C and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with avocado, jalapeño and cilantro.
  • Tip: Serve with sour cream and extra shredded cheese.

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 small bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Select preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Brush salmon fillet with honey mixture and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Place asparagus in a single layer into the air fryer and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets on top of asparagus.
  • Select Seafood program, then press Start/Stop and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until salmon and asparagus are fully cooked.
  • Garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
  • Tip: Add a pinch of Korean chili flakes to the honey mixture for a bit of heat.

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Add in apple cider vinegar, sugar, ketchup, mustard cayenne and black pepper.
  • Let marinate for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
  • Select the preset program of Chicken and set the timer to 15 to 20 minutes, then press Start/Stop to roast until lightly browned, brushing every 3 to 5 minutes with remaining marinade.
  • Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Fold in broccoli, cranberries, bacon, cheese and red onion.
  • Serve chicken with broccoli salad.
  • Tip: Broccoli salad can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  • 1/2 large head cauliflower, stalk removed, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Select preset program of Preheat to preheat the air fryer.
  • Add cauliflower to food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
  • Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high until fully cooked, about 3 minutes. Remove cauliflower and place on a clean kitchen towel. Wrap towel around cauliflower and squeeze out excess liquid.
  • Combine cauliflower, 1/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic and egg in a large bowl.
  • Form cauliflower mixture into two 5”-wide disks on two 6×6” sheets of parchment paper.
  • Working in batches, place one cauliflower crust in the air fryer.
  • Set temperature to 320°F/160°C and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Stop to cook until light golden-brown.
  • Top with half the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Set temperature to 400°F/200°C and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining cauliflower crust.
  • Top with basil and serve.
  • Tip: Add your favorite toppings, like pepperoni, olives, sausage, sautéed onions, peppers and more!
